Bei Dyefor werden alle unsere Bestellungen mit Liebe und Sorgfalt aus dem Vereinigten Königreich hergestellt und versendet. Unser Ziel ist es, alle Bestellungen innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen nach der Bestellung zu versenden. Alle unsere Lieferungen sind CO2-neutral zertifiziert. Nachfolgend finden Sie Schätzungen dazu, wie lange es dauern wird, bis Bestellungen nach dem Versand eintreffen, wenn Sie die Option „Expressversand“ nutzen.

Goods purchased from us can be returned for refund within 30 working days from receipt of goods, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receipt by us. 

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of personalised goods unless the item is faulty. Please note, personalised items are hand-made for you, so our machines will print exactly the information you enter. Please double check any names, or text, for spelling mistakes and ensure you have ordered the correct size device/model number. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect size selection, unless the error was made by ourselves, as a result of the production process.
