Collection: Personalised Scottish Fold Gifts
Dazzling eyes, silky coats and a heart-melting purr - cats are absolutely gorgeous creatures, and boy do they know it. We’ve used our favourite felines as the design inspiration behind this bespoke homeware collection. But, for these particular pieces, we’ve taken customisation one step further. In this range of Scottish Fold homeware, we’ve enabled Scottish Fold owners to create bespoke homeware pieces which feature their very own cat. This range of personalised Scottish Fold gifts are a wonderful way to make a paw-rents’ day.
Introduction
Scottish Fold cats are the iconic mind-bendingly adorable cats. Their renowned cuteness comes from the folded ears that provide their namesake. These little folded ears give their face its signature rounded appearance - we challenge you to find anyone who’s heart isn’t melted by these little cuties. These cats are notoriously sociable. Whether it’s another family cat in the home, or a human family member, Scottish Folds crave company.
Did you know? Scottish Fold cats are known for their (hilarious) tendency to strike up unusual poses. They’re often featured in viral social media videos, flopping in bizarre positions.
History
Scottish Fold cats come from - no prizes for guessing this - Scotland. These cats are the result of a genetic mutation which occurred naturally, and over time, breeders developed a gene pool with this unexpected trait as the dominant gene for Scottish Fold cats.
Personality
Scottish Fold cats are not (how do we put this?) very good at amusing themselves independently. They enjoy playing games, napping or cuddling, and aren’t particularly fussy about what they do. Their only real concern is whether or not they can do it with you. Scottish Folds are attention-loving cats who will delight in spending time with you. As a result, this breed is known for forming remarkably strong bonds with their owners.
